Information collected
Project inquiries and interest forms may collect your name, email and the details needed to respond. For digital purchases, Stripe provides us with the checkout session, purchase and customer email details needed to confirm payment and deliver the collection.
How it is used
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, provide customer support, confirm purchases and send private download links. We do not sell customer information or use purchase emails for unrelated profiling.
Payment and delivery providers
Stripe processes payment details on its hosted checkout and sends payment events to this site so we can fulfill an order. Resend is used to send delivery and support emails. Card numbers and security codes are handled by Stripe and are not stored by OFFICIALDAVALOS.
Downloads and retention
Private download links contain a time-limited access token and expire after 7 days. We retain the purchase and fulfillment status needed to provide support and prevent duplicate delivery.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to measure aggregate page visits, performance, video interactions, contact submissions and interest registrations. Custom events do not include names, email addresses or free-form message content.
