Digital products
Preset collections are digital products sold through Stripe Checkout. Prices are shown in Mexican pesos and are charged once at checkout. Stripe processes payment details; OFFICIALDAVALOS does not receive or store full card numbers.
License
One purchase gives the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included presets in personal work and paid client projects. You may adjust the presets and include them in exported images. You may not resell, share, repackage, upload or distribute the preset files themselves, or use them to create a competing product.
Delivery
After a successful payment, a private download link is sent to the email address entered at checkout. The link expires after 7 days. Download and keep your ZIP file for continued use under this license. If the email does not arrive, contact officialdavalos@gmail.com.
Refunds
Because these are downloadable digital files, refunds are not available after the download link has been used. If you were charged twice, received the wrong collection or received a corrupted file, contact us within 7 days so we can correct the order or issue an appropriate refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Services and workshops
Creative services, workshops and courses may have separate terms, dates, deliverables and cancellation policies. Those details will be shown on the relevant purchase or enrollment page.
Updates and support
